cancellation policy

All of your appointments at Elios Health on Main Street are one-on-one.

This means your appointment time has been reserved just for you.

Late cancellations mean there will be a hole left in the practitioner’s schedule that cannot be filled by someone else on short notice.

It is important to us that we protect for our practitioner’s time and livelihood. Many of them are very busy and are unable to make last-minute changes. For this reason, we apply a cancellation policy for all missed appointments, and those cancelled at the last minute.

We ask all visitors to support our practitioners by respecting our cancellation policy:

All appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, we bill for 50% of the price of the appointment.

If there is a no-show, the fee of the entire amount will be applied.

COVID-19 or illness exceptions may apply if we are informed in advance.

We provide all clients with extensive reminder options in their profile:

• e-mail reminder two days before the (physiotherapy, naturopathic, acupuncture, or RMT) appointment

• text message (SMS) 2 hours before the appointment

• e-mail 30 minutes before the appointment

• e-mail notifications for new, cancelled and rescheduled appointments

• opting in or out for marketing emails

• there are calander sync options in your profile to apply your appointments to your iCal or Google Calendar
